7. Cards must be shot no later than the last date shown on the league fixture chart. Shot cards, score sheet and stamped reply envelope must be in the referees hands no later than the Saturday following the last date for shooting.

8. A team member, whose average for his/her last 3 Moray & Nairn League cards is equal to , or less than that of a member of a  lower team, may be replaced by the member of the lower team.

9. A member of a lower team may shoot for a higher team at any time in place of his/her own card without losing lower team status.

10. A score may be challenged by the shooter  or match secretary. Challenges, accompanied by the appropriate fee (£2 per card being challenged), must be received by the referee within 21 days of score being issued.

11. In normal circumstances, results for rounds 5 and 10 will be accompanied by league positions.

12. The Association reserves the right to witness any match, in which case the shoot must be completed within 2 consecutive hours from the start.
