RO sequence

1. Targets changed - "no more targets"
   
2. "Settle down" - rifles placed on Firing Point/adjusted etc
   
3. Once settled - "stand by"
4. 5 second pause
5. Start signalled by a buzzer sounding for 5 seconds - rifles shoulders+firing begins at the start of the buzzer
6. The end signalled by the buzzer sounding for 5 seconds - shooting continues until the end of the buzzer
7. "Make rifles safe" - breach flags inserted
8. Rifles checked by RO
9. "Remove rifles if not shooting again"
10. Once removed - change targets - no rifles on FP touched etc, only mats/scopes set up
